As part of the client portal, I have included a page for all of the documents that we send each other throughout the project. This includes agreements and contracts, meeting presentation slides with annotations, feedback you've given me and any other important files.

Discovery Phase
We begin by talking on a zoom call. We'll discuss your business and project goals and get to know each other a bit. This helps us see if we're a good match to work together!
Onboarding
Welcome to Shell Creative Design Studio! You’ll receive a welcome kit and access to your client portal. After an initial meeting to understand your needs, you’ll get a project proposal and sign the contract with a 50% deposit to kick off your project.

Brand Strategy
We kick off with brand discovery and research, then (if included in your package) dive into Brand Strategy Sessions to shape your brand. We’ll work together to define your mission, vision, values, purpose, personality, personas, positioning, and craft your brand story and messaging. To proceed to the next stage, a 30% payment is needed.
Concepts
Here, we dive into developing your designs. We begin by creating a Pinterest board together to align on visual styles. From there, I’ll craft 2-3 moodboards, each exploring a unique visual direction. Once we select the direction you love, I’ll jump into creating your designs.
Revisions
Here’s where we can tweak things before you give the final okay on the designs. You’ll have 2-3 rounds of revisions included in your chosen service package. Any extra rounds will have additional fees, as detailed in your contract. At the end of this stage, the final 20% payment is due before file handover.

Final File Handover
I provide your final files, a brand guidelines booklet, a quick view sheet, and a file guide. I also supply any other final files outlined in the Scope of Work.
Offboarding
After closing the project, I’m available for ongoing support. Our relationship continues beyond the project—I’m here to help whenever you need it!
